Purchase and shipping and handling costs:
If ordering one of the two DVDs:
$19.95 per DVD plus $4 shipping and handling
If ordering both DVDs (Part 1 and Part 2) together:
$37.95 plus $4 for shipping and handling (a $6 savings)
